By commissioning my services, you understand and agree to the following:ProcessFor reference, my process goes like this: Rough sketch compositions -> cleaned up sketch -> rough base colors -> renderingPayments available methods are through Vgen/ VgenPayments(Stripe includes credit/debit, apple and google pay)
When commission amount totals at or above 200 USD, the option to pay half upfront is available(vgen only).When the clean sketch is agreed upon, the second half of the total will be due.Edits during the sketch phase are limited to 2 whole clean sketch changes(ex. changing entire composition, or going back to clean a prior composition).Minor changes(ex. moving limbs, expressions, head positions) count as less until they turn to whole composition changes or are excessive(5+ varying changes to the same element), then they will count towards the limit.After hitting the limit, each new clean sketch will add 5 USD to the the total.Process time will vary depending on workload and schedule. Average time(Ex.: painted bust) will be within a week. If a due date is less than a work week, rush fees will generally apply.The hard limit on time for a single average piece is a month, unless discussed. If the finished commission is not received by then, refunds are available/negotiable.Available refunds work on how far I have gotten in the process.
If I have not started then 95% of the total cost may be refunded due to processing fees. Finished rough sketch refunds may receive 75% of the total cost.Finished clean sketch refunds may receive 50% of the total cost.Finished base color palettes refunds may receive 25% of the total cost.Refunds after final delivery are not available.Style matchingIn the case of adapting to a style, I will not copy any single artist unless the artist gives express permission to do so(Ex.: style matching assets for an indie game). Style matching for known brands, comics, games or if inspired by sub-genres of art(Ex.: hyperpop anime, Mihoyo official) is allowed.Please ask for a quote regarding style matching, depending on the amount of detail, price may fluctuate due to time needed for rendering or time studying the style.RightsBy default, unless agreed on, all the works are for personal use.To gain rights for commercial or copyright purposes, ask for a quote. Payment options and rates are dependent on project size and type. The base commercial fee on vgen(+100%) is for low volume digital and physical merchandising. If the expected amount of sales is higher than 250, feel free to ask for a quote!When uploading or using for works, credit me as NickDS, @DN_Resuscitate(twitter) or Nickdoesshite on discord.Edits are allowed as overlays(ex. adding filters, stickers, gradients, effects, text, graphics). If you're planning on changing more or using for animation, be sure to ask. I can provide files for a price.I do not consent to having my works inputted into any generative A.I. If any in-progress updates have been used for it before the rendering process, I am entitled to the full payment.Unless agreed on otherwise, I'll be able to showcase completed works on my portfolio.Contacts
